Since 2022, with the onset of a full-scale war in Ukraine, our mission expanded to assist participants with new professional challenges, primarily related to adapting to new economic conditions and ecosystems in different countries. We\'ve established chapters in 30 countries across Europe, Asia, and North and South America.

ABOUT VIROSLAVA NOVOSYLNA
I created SLOVA Tech PR, a PR agency that has been sharing the stories of tech startups in media outlets across 12 countries since 2014. Since then, our agency has remained one of the leading industry players in PR for tech. In 2023, I was shortlisted as PR leader by the International Communications Consultancy Organisation and received Gold as a leader in PR and Communication from Davos Communications Awards. During my career, I organized 100+ educational events and conferences about PR. In 2018, we redirected our focus towards empowering female entrepreneurs in their careers, and this shift led to the creation of the non-profit Wtech. Initially focused on providing mentoring for career development. Since 2022, with the onset of a full-scale war in Ukraine, our mission expanded to assist participants with new professional challenges, primarily related to adapting to new economic conditions and ecosystems in different countries. We\'ve established chapters in 30 countries across Europe, Asia, and North and South America.Also, I am a mentor in Techstars Sustainability Paris and a board member of Advisory Board PRCA (The world\'s largest and most influential PR professional body). Mentoring and speaking about entrepreneurship, women\'s leadership, PR, and community building.
