ABOUT OLGA BITTNER
With over 18 years of experience in the fashion industry, I bring a unique mix of creative direction, team leadership and hands-on design expertise. I’ve led design teams at global brands like C&A and Vero Moda, where I managed multiple product categories and shaped cohesive, trend-driven and at the same time commercial collections.In the last years, I’ve worked independently as a freelance designer and consultant, collaborating with fashion brands and suppliers, launching new brand and building a sustainable fashion concept focused on giving garments a second life. I also explore the creative potential of AI tools for design visualization, a field I’m continuously learning about to make the design process faster, smarter and more impactful.I\'m currently open to new challenges, from creative freelance collaborations to permanent roles in dynamic, growth-focused fashion teams.
