ABOUT OLAF STEGER
Olaf is a seasoned HR professional with more than 20 years’ experience in global businesses. In 2002, following his studies in business administration at the Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg and a career as an officer in the German Armed Forces, he joined the Human Resources department of Axel Springer Verlag, the multinational mass media company. In 2006 Olaf was appointed as one of the Heads of Human Resources at the Bertelsmann Print joint venture, Prinovis, and from 2014 to 2018 was VP Human Resources at Bertelsmann Global Business Services. In 2019 he joined the founding team of the BPO company Majorel as SVP Corporate HR & HR SSC (Shared Service Center), and most recently as EVP Corporate HR & ESG was responsible for the governance of Global HR, Corporate HR and Majorel\'s global ESG program. He has started a new role as Regional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the of Teleperformance with over employees in 8 countries on 1 March 2024.
