Senate\'s Office Buildings Create and maintain IMS detailed schedules with task definitions, dependencies between activities, deliverables, and milestones date explicitly identified. Develop and Maintain a fully resource-loaded Intergraded schedule of Multiple Projects. Set up an Integrated Overall Master confidential Program & Progress Measurement System considering Project Risk / Complexity. Work directly with Project Managers and Lead Engineers to develop an Integrated Master Schedule from inception to closure (Project Lifecycle) aiming to minimize the efficiency of operation using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Lead in the creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) on different levels leading to the creation of a Baseline Schedule. Track and Analysis Project document progress through the document control system, and initiate additional deliverables through the CTR process. Establish and maintain communication with Project team members, Stakeholders, Business Partners, and Executives. Review and incorporate impacts of approved changes and deviations from the project milestones, including productivity monitoring, material shortage, or re-work and identification of alternative approaches to optimize the plans. Support a wide range of Project management tasks, including tender Planning, Construction planning, Scheduling, Resources Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Inventories Management, Quality Assurance Control, and Budgeting. Review and verify Contractors reported Schedule/Progress and incorporate it into the Master schedule. Track project status and produce periodic reports ( Man-hours productivity, Progress update, Forecast, Critical Path, Trend analyses, Cost Performance Reports (CPR), MDR Master Data Record, and Earned vs Planned Value S-curves Reports. Capture Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for management and suggest areas for improvement. Mentor other Planners/Schedulers within the Team.
