ANEAS is an Industry Association serving European Electronics Components and Systems (ECS) industries. The purpose of the association is to promote collaborative Research, Development and Innovation (RD & I) in order to strengthen the European industry competitiveness across the complete ECS value chain.At AENEAS, I co-create (with the Director General) and execute the communication strategy for the association and its operated Clusters, including Xecs, Penta, and Euripides2. My responsibilities encompass the strategic planning, creation, and implementation of communication campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, websites, events, and mailing campaigns. I manage content development and promotion to drive engagement, ensuring consistent growth and visibility for AENEAS initiatives.In addition to overseeing the planning and logistics of high-profile events like the ECS Brokerage and Xecs Matchmaking, I collaborate with external suppliers to optimize communication tools and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. My role involves maintaining and enhancing the AENEAS, Xecs, and Penta websites, along with tracking and reporting key performance indicators to measure the success of communication efforts. By integrating creative strategies with data-driven insights, I support AENEAS in amplifying its impact and strengthening connections within the broader ecosystem.
