I ship products, not deliverables.Most product designers hand off Figma files and hope engineering builds what they drew. I skip the handoff. I design in the browser, ship to production, and treat the codebase as the source of truth — not the design file.Ten years ago that would have been a fantasy. Today it\'s a workflow. Design is not dead. It\'s reborn — as something closer to what it was always supposed to be: thinking in systems, shipping products, owning the outcome instead of the artifact.What I actually do:→ Founding designer for 0→1 products. I take a thesis and a Notion doc and come back with a working product. Not a prototype. A working product.→ Design-and-engineering embed for existing codebases. I improve the product and the codebase it lives in. Recently: shipped a production-ready design system for a major European fintech in two weeks. Built internal tooling that replaced six-figure SaaS subscriptions. Authored an AI-augmented design workflow repository now used across a thousand consultants.→ Currently building knowledge management software end-to-end. Design, code, ship, repeat.Who I am on paper: Lead AI Product Design Engineer at Devoteam. 10+ years in product design. Sciences Po. Four languages.
