As a Project Manager, leading End-to-End User Acceptance Testing for COREP and FINREP regulatory reporting.(Agile methodology)\\\\n- Work closely with product owners and developers to understand business requirements.\\\\n- Implement best practices for process improvement (Agile/Sprint planning) wherever possible.\\\\n- Develop UAT strategy and plans to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and development sprint plans\\\\n- Define and document acceptance criteria and test scripts\\\\n- Manage UAT team and daily UAT progress\\\\n- Manage and prioritize defects through resolution and assist developers in the identification and resolution of defects\\\\n- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes; compile all test outcomes in an organized manner\\\\n- Report UAT progress, status, risks, and issues to the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and other stakeholders\\\\n- Actively participate in the release control to ensure that the solution is meeting user requirements and UAT exit criteria.\\\\n- Participate in SteerCo meetings to review (RAIDs) Risks & Issues, Budget and program timelines updates.\\\\n- Manage and monitor testing resource forecast and work accordingly with support teams to hire/ onboard/off-board.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
