I’m passionate about building strategies that connect people, ideas, and opportunities in meaningful ways. Whether leading a team, developing a campaign, or fostering partnerships, I thrive on creating impact through collaboration and forward-thinking approaches.My approach centers on building platforms that inspire action and open doors—whether for our customers, our team, or the athletes and organizations we partner with. From empowering teams to innovate to fostering partnerships that benefit everyone involved, I believe that the best outcomes come from creating value that lasts.In addition to my role as Director of Marketing & Merchandising at Weigel’s, I’m actively involved in shaping the future of the convenience retail industry through my participation on several boards and committees. I serve on OAC, where I contribute to collaborative knowledge-sharing initiatives; the C-Store TEC Advisory Board, providing strategic guidance to advance technology and operations; and the NACSPAC Political Engagement Committee, where I advocate for industry support of NACSPAC initiatives and encourage engagement in pushing our collective voice forward in Washington.At my core, I’m a collaborator who values teamwork and innovation. I believe in empowering my team, learning from others, and always looking for the next big idea that will take us further. Outside the office, I’m a proud dad, sports enthusiast, and someone who’s always up for great food and even better conversation.
