Managed the long-term strategy, budget and resources of the entire IT Business Office. • Lead and inspire the application development team to engage with business partners and identify new functionality, develop compelling business use cases, prioritize projects and develop plans that maximize ROI for the company • Introduce new features and functionality enhancements to business partners through upgrades of SAP landscape including S/4 1809 to 2020v2 and C4 CPQ upgrades • Implement improvements regarding Lead-to-Cash solutions involving CPQ, C4C, and Subscription Quoting / Billing • Strengthen Order-to-Cash and reporting processes involving S/4 components regarding Order Management, Invoicing, RAR revenue recognition, Group Reporting, and core finance modules • Develop project tracking and incident review process within JIRA / Confluence for regular review cadence, visibility and accountability • Institute Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Demand Management Board (DMB) to provide enterprise-wide review and approval / funding mechanisms for new business features and enhancements • Ensure all application development initiatives are well managed and delivered to expectations on functionality, timeliness and cost • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to procure resources and technology solutions to meet the company’s strategic objectives • Manage capital and operational budgets and expenses as well as provide status and cost analysis at project, program, and department levels • Recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber software development talent and develop leadership and succession plans
