Owning the full product lifecycle for automotive finance and insurance (F&I) tools used by Canadian dealer networks. I manage products from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and partners.Over the past two decades, LGM has established itself as Canada\'s premier choice in branded F&I, partnering with distinguished automotive OEM brands and over 1,300 dealers nationwide.In my tenure, I have- Identified and managed over 200 new features, releases, and end-to-end launches through the full product lifecycle for existing and new products- Collaborated with various stakeholders, including Sales, Technology, Marketing, and Customer Success, to identify opportunities and improvements, and to develop internal and external communication strategies- Served as a critical resource in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by conducting market research and competitive analysis, resulting in an 80% success rate- Partnered with Technology and Engineering Teams and supported the development of internal business cases for integrated product offerings, which increased sales by 50%, claims satisfaction by 20%, and resulted in a record-setting revenue of $15.3M.These experiences have equipped me with a strategic vision, strong market analysis capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
