ABOUT ADAM HILL

Active industry executive within the automotive and insurance industries. Specializing in automotive protection products, underwriting and financing solutions. Licensed for general and life insurance in most markets across Canada. My background includes automotive in Australia and Canada which is a passion I\'ve held all my life. As our industry undergoes rapid change (something that did not really happen in the first 100 years) it is becoming increasingly challenging and exciting at the same time. I enjoy problem solving with creative, consumer-centric solutions. I helped to found LGM in 1993 with the vision of making a difference for dealers and consumers. Through care in product management, exceptional service in field and within our support team we have accomplished many improvements that have helped us achieve our purpose. I\'ve since moved from daily management of LGM to becoming the Executive Chair with the goal of seeking out great opportunities for the road ahead. The are infinite ways that we can make a positive difference to our industry and I\'m very grateful to have a front row seat in being able to steer the change. I\'m also active in community board work and supporting various not-for-profit organizations. There\'s always someone that could use a helping hand more than ourselves and our learned experiences can prove invaluable for great causes.
