As a Lead Software Engineer - Android and Engineering Manager, I played a key role in leading the development and growth of the front-end teams and Android apps.• Led the end-to-end development of GudangAda\'s flagship B2B marketplace Android app, successfully launching despite high stakes and tight timelines and scaling it to 1 million downloads.• Architected the app using MVVM and Clean Architecture in Kotlin. Employed state-based ViewModels, Retrofit with Coroutines for networking, and Epoxy with data binding for UI. Used Navigation Component for in-app routing.• Streamlined engineering and QA processes, and led initiatives in design systems, test coverage, and feature-based modular refactoring.• Formed a cross-functional Fraud Domain team, developing algorithms for device fingerprinting and reducing fraudulent activity.• Fostered team autonomy and skill development through open communication, regular 1:1s, and constructive feedback loops.
