ABOUT NOLITHA MORARE

I am a Management Consultant in London, with over two years of experience in delivering strategic solutions for clients in the healthcare and private equity sectors. I hold an MRCS degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in England and a FCS Intermediates Medal from the College of Surgeons of South Africa, among other credentials. My unique background as a former Senior Clinical Fellow in Hepatobiliary and Liver Transplant Surgery enables me to combine clinical insights and business acumen, making me a valuable asset in healthcare consulting and investment projects. I have co-led several due diligence and value creation engagements, as well as organizational and agile transformations, to enhance operational efficiency and enterprise value for our clients. I have also co-led the BCG BOLD x BYP partnership, demonstrating my commitment to driving diversity and strategic innovation within the industry. As a passionate researcher and innovator, I have contributed to over 23 international publications, including a landmark article in The Lancet that revolutionized liver transplant protocols. I have also been involved in global healthcare initiatives, such as the Early Recovery After Pancreatic Surgery (ERAS) committee, resulting in more than five international publications and improved patient care standards. I have worked across diverse cultural and business environments, reflecting a versatile skill set that is adaptable and globally minded.
