After four years as Director of the SOFEA/FareShare South Midlands site I have now moved to Deputy CEO of SOFEA.As well as deputising for our current CEO this role includes leading the Business Innovation Directorate which has a focus on fundraising and marketing as well as a number of special interest projects.

Passionate about working with and on behalf of young people with barriers to fulfilling their potential. Highly experienced in management roles across the social care sector for both local authorities and the non for profit sector. Career history includes brokerage roles for councils and extensive contract management work for care services. Third sector experience covers project delivery to management, director and senior executive levels. Current role incorporates leading business innovation, marketing, fundraising, partnerships, strategy fulfillment and culture setting. After a decade working in both local authority ad third sector roles in London, I have been fortunate that my more recent roles have been with SOFEA, a fantastic youth work, food and community based charity based in Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes, first as a director and now as Deputy CEO to the organisation.
