Factory type Poultry Slaughter houseDuties:• Assist in the development and maintenance of company procedures and documentation to meet regulatory and audit standards. • Monitor compliance with food safety, animal by-products, and health & safety legislation.• Conduct internal audits in accordance with BRCGS, Red tractor, animal welfare standards, retailer codes of practice, and internal schedules.• Record, track, and follow up on non-conformances, reporting trends to management.• Manage complaint investigations and assist in implementing preventative measures.• Maintain systems for product traceability, labelling, and customer specification compliance.• Support the Technical Manager during regulatory, customer, and third-party audits.• Manage the supplier quality assurance program, ensuring all suppliers meet company and customer standards.• Act as site lead for HACCP, overseeing all HACCP-related requirements.• Prepare and deliver compliance, food safety, and audit performance reports.• Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.• Communicate compliance updates and audit findings to the Technical and wider site teams.• Ensure the Quality Management System meets legal, customer, and certification standards.• Maintain audit readiness for BRCGS, customer, and other third-party inspections.
