In my role as a Marketing Generalist at Presidential Bank FSB, I collaborate closely with the SVP, Director of Retail Operations to develop and execute strategic plans focused on AUM growth past $1B, customer retention, and increasing brand awareness. I execute administrative tasks such as database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, community event support, and managing sales and marketing software tools. I also manage and execute online and mail marketing initiatives, design and distribute content marketing materials, and plan and implement Google, LinkedIn and Meta Business advertising campaigns. By monitoring online marketing and social media trends, I ensure the application of befitting practices and employ scientific advertising techniques. Additionally, I create and manage copy, graphics, and illustrative content in alignment with our branding strategy.
