Phoenix, AZ, US

In my role with The Phoenix Symphony, I drive donor engagement strategy and contribute to revenue growth initiatives, playing a key role in generating more than $800K across two major fundraising events. My work has evolved from event execution to a primary focus on donor relations, stewardship, and pipeline development—aligning philanthropic investment with institutional priorities and long-term sustainability.I manage a portfolio of approximately 100 donors across mid-level and major gift segments, developing tailored strategies to deepen relationships, increase retention, and grow giving capacity. In partnership with senior leadership, I help shape and execute donor strategy by identifying, cultivating, and advancing high-potential individual and corporate prospects.I also play a key role in corporate sponsorship efforts, securing and stewarding major gift-level partners aligned with key fundraising initiatives. Collaborating cross-functionally, I contribute to proposals, communications, and impact reporting that clearly demonstrate value and outcomes.Additionally, I provide strategic oversight for the Symphony’s affinity groups, Women of Note™ and Young Professionals, leveraging these networks to expand engagement and strengthen the future donor pipeline.By combining data-informed strategy, CRM insights, and high-touch relationship management, I support the Symphony’s artistic excellence and community impact.
