ABOUT NICHOLAS LANDERS

My name is Nicholas Landers, and for over 8 years, I have been leading the development of metrics-driven academic programs and optimizing learning experiences to drive students’ academic performance in complex educational environments. Over the years, while serving in various roles, I have partnered with education leaders to design, develop, and support educational programs in multiple delivery platforms.As a strategic, collaborative and creative professional educator, I leverage a student-focused approach to deliver impactful, modern learning experiences that are innovative, effective, visually-compelling and engaging to students. In an effort to drive student achievement, I monitor their performances to determine the effectiveness of instructional delivery methods and incorporate assessment results into future training.My leadership skills and passion for teaching English coupled with a deep commitment to providing best practice in language and literacy education were crucial to my success in all roles. My strength lies in my flexibility, and ability to engage diverse educators/experts while managing multiple academic projects simultaneously. I am proud of my reputation as a strong mentor and role model to students, and a trusted advisor to executives on learning and development strategy. As a creative and flexible educator who has thrived in different cultures/countries, across various curricula, and with people of diverse personalities, I have succeeded both independently and within a team.
