ABOUT NIKKI CORNELL

With over 12 years of progressive experience, Nikki is an English/French bilingual human-centric strategic advisor that brings a deep knowledge of HR best practices, people experience and organizational culture, as well as process optimization and change management across varied organizations and industries, including professional services, financial services, healthcare, post-secondary, real estate, insurance, construction, natural resources, and travel. Endlessly curious and an avid learner, she delights in data analytics and conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments of employee experience, employee engagement, EVP, culture, leadership, and DE & I to help drive business results and support talent needs for client organizations. A people-first servant leader, she has spent several years managing a large team of HR professionals dedicated to exceptional client service and elevating the human experience at work. A high-performer on a quest to minimize inefficiencies, she excels when supporting process and technology transformation projects to drive continuous improvement and enhance performance. Nikki holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from The University of Calgary and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and volunteers for the Organizational Psychology Network (OPN) in the Greater Toronto Area. Nikki enjoys fiction, yoga, swimming in cottage country, and skiing and snowboarding.
