Collaborate with other teams to develop sourcing strategies that address talent gaps. • Source, and interact with, potential candidates to match their qualifications with suitable roles at FCC. • Manage FCC’s recruitment accounts and platforms, staying current with best practices.• Manage student recruitment activities, including the co-op and summer student hiring programs.• Coach hiring managers on language and other job requirements for open positions.• Prepare pre-screening, testing and interview assessments.• Provide subject matter expertise throughout the recruitment process.• Execute creative and targeted sourcing strategies to attract appropriate candidates.• Ensure compliance with employment, Official Languages and Human Rights legislation.
