ABOUT NISHANT BAKSHI

I am an MBA Scholar at London Business School with experience in building and scaling products in highly regulated, safety critical environments. I bring a strong engineering foundation combined with a focus on product, analytics, and operations. Prior to the MBA, I spent several years working in control systems engineering across automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics, and heavy industry. My work has consistently sat at the intersection of complex technology, cross functional coordination, and decision making under real world constraints.At Ford Motor Company, I worked as a Senior Systems Engineer, leading the development and verification of advanced vehicle features using Model Based Systems Engineering across global teams. The role required close collaboration with product, manufacturing, and supplier teams to translate technical requirements into robust, scalable solutions.At Rolls Royce, I specialized in engine control systems, working on safety critical logic, sensor data analysis, and V lifecycle verification. This experience strengthened my systems thinking and appreciation for rigor, reliability, and structured problem solving at scale.Through my MBA, I am focused on applying this engineering foundation to business problems in product development, analytics driven decision making, and operations. I am particularly interested in roles where technical depth can inform better strategic and execution choices.
