Evaluating quality systems particular to assigned products, such as 200% Inspection, Inspection test plan, plan and execute FAI requirements, etc.• Participating actively in FAI (First Article Inspection), Plan and review FAI’s for all Military (Lockheed Martin,Boeing,C17 etc) and Commercial Programs (Airbus,Boeing,Gulfstream etc),200 % Review for completed FAI’s before presenting to customer.• Reviewed Manufacturing Process Reviews and follow up on open actions through Oakville ZDP (Zero Defect program).• Working along with Manufacturing engineering and producibility team to implement corrective actions for the QN’s (Quality Notifications) generated from Full & Delta FAI’s and manufacturing process.• Organized Gauge R&R evaluations.• Coordinating containment, sort/rework actions for external and internal issues from sister-site Collins Aerospace Fort Worth.• Performed audit to improve tools for CAD and Chrome Plating.• Ensuring all manufactured Military and Commercial Programs are to the appropriate new engineering design, through weekly Product change board meeting with planning and manufacturing engineering Team.• Participating and coordinating with Quality Clinic coordinators for corrective actions (customer specific reports: Internal Quality Awareness report,8D, 5 Why’s, etc).• Performing ZDP (Zero Defect Program) activity at the Oakville site for the Lockheed Martin F35 Program such as Customer interface review, Manufacturing process review, PFMEA, NAR etc.• Promoted with health, safety, and environmental standards, safe operating procedures, good housekeeping practices and the observance of protective equipment requirements at all times. • Coordinating with customer supplier quality engineers to support FAI reviews, audits, surveys, corrective actions in place etc.• Coordinating and Supporting with FAI planning and surface finish inspection team to perform FAI’s and final inspection for finished parts before shipping to customer.
