Litigation consulting and discovery: Responsible for management of complex litigation discovery matters including initial analysis and evaluation of litigation/discovery issues and development and implementation of discovery strategies, workflows and procedures for both internal and external clients. Collaboration with outside counsel and vendors required in relation to all aspects of the EDRM including litigation holds, data preservation and collection, processing, review and production/presentation of data. ACEDS Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS).
