As an Account Reconciliation Officer at CIBC, I excel in managing and prioritizing daily reconciliation tasks, achieving a 95% accuracy rate. My role involves enhancing client satisfaction and resolving discrepancies through effective collaboration with stakeholders. Additionally, I have founded Swara, a platform empowering students to overcome public speaking fears, and developed a YouTube channel, ItsChurya, fostering a community development.Previously, I served as an Count Operation Coordinator at Great Canadian Entertainment, where I implemented process improvements and enhanced fraud detection efficiency. My tenure as a Sr. Consultant at SSi People involved leading recruitment projects and aligning hiring strategies with technical requirements.
