As a Recruitment Specialist at INA Solution since November 2019, I am responsible for managing direct-hire recruitment for U.S-based clients. My role involves overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across various industries. I utilize advanced sourcing techniques, such as Regular, Boolean, and X-Ray Boolean searches, across internal databases, social networking platforms, ATS and job boards to identify both active and passive candidates. I actively engage with account managers to understand job requirements, effectively manage multiple job requisitions, and ensure candidates are technically qualified through comprehensive assessments. Additionally, I am involved in strategy development by mapping out client requirements and relevant target profiles. My responsibilities also include maintaining regular communication with candidates, vendors, and recruitment teams, posting job openings on job portals, and mentoring trainees to enhance their proficiency in the hiring process, contributing to overall business growth objectives.
