Responsible for handling Direct Implementation Partners for Corp to Corp, Full time Requirements and also Handling Some Direct Clients.Responsible for full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions for a wide range of IT and non-IT candidates for contract, contract-to-permanent, and direct hire roles.Defined job descriptions and shortlisted candidates based on requirements, technology, skill set, experience, and education.Successfully handled technical and non-technical requirements for reputable direct clients and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).Worked with various tax terms, including W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099; successfully placed candidates for contract roles under W2, C2C, or contract-to-hire (CTH) terms.Reviewed and filtered candidate profiles/resumes, evaluating applicants\' work history and educational background.Acted as a liaison between candidates and account managers, coordinating interview schedules and following up on feedback.Proficient in various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including Ceipal, Bullhorn, Monster, and CareerBuilder.Utilized Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to track goals, targets, and other important tasks daily.Negotiated salary rates with U.S. Citizens, H1B visa holders, EAD recipients, TN permit holders, and OPT candidates.Followed up with candidates regarding client evaluation schedules, re-schedules, and provided updates before and after evaluations.Maintained strong relationships with consultants for future requirements.Coordinated directly with onsite managers and offshore service delivery personnel for updates and feedback.Responsible for meeting daily and monthly team targets.
