I’m Nisha Goswami, Founder of OnLeed Media a performance marketing agency specializing in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and E-commerce listing optimization.My journey began with a strong foundation in Advertising and Mass Media, where I developed a deep curiosity for how brands communicate and how people make decisions. Over time, I practiced every aspect of digital marketing myself from writing ad copy and optimizing campaigns to studying the psychology behind every click.While working across projects, I noticed a pattern: too many marketing agencies promised big results but rarely delivered real impact—often charging clients heavily without accountability.
