Plan, manage, execute, monitor & control multiple standalone Waterfall & Agile OSS/ BSS, IT & Digital transformation and migration projects and programs • Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to define project scope, develop a work forward/ backward project plan along with identified cross dependencies, and define milestones to achieve project goals and objectives • Gather cost estimates from the team, prepare the project budget (CAPEX & OPEX), and engage in the forecasting process to ensure the delivery within the allocated funds• Implement the plan, review project health throughout the execution phase, and adjust priorities for specific tasks as project dynamics change• Report the weekly status to the senior leadership team (Directors, Senior Directors & VPs) and highlight the critical risks, issues, and dependencies to take the support for alignment with other teams• Capture and manage any Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies identified throughout the project lifecycle for the successful execution of the plan within the schedule and cost• Work with the change management and stakeholders to minimize risk, avoid scope creep, and ensure that the process delivers the business benefits and value • Work with shared services teams like Cyber security, Data/Architecture governance, application/production support, infrastructure, release, and Scrum Masters/Project Managers of other groups to plan and manage cross dependencies and remove impediments • Coach and guide junior project managers/ scrum masters and team members with business domain knowledge, Project management (Waterfall and Agile) tools/techniques
