Team player.How I workA strategic mind, I like to work conceptually. I love seeing projects through from the first idea to the implementation - preferably with a dedicated team at my side. I am used to taking into account several things at the same time, recognizing and evaluating patterns & connections and developing measures from them. I am solution-oriented, empathetic & diplomatic and am able to work highly indepedently. I know how important it is not only to showcase my own position during the implementation of projects, but to understand the needs of my target groups and to act accordingly. I take great interest in analyzing social patterns, questioning the status quo and creating new scenarios for my clients and stakeholders. A large part of my motivation comes from being in dialogue with the people around me. I am convinced that diving deep is a prerequisite for telling a good story. And I strongly believe in the benefits of thinking out of the box. What you can expect from meMy professional experience covers the entire spectrum of communication. This includes: strategic communication (external and internal), crisis and transformation communication, CEO positioning, media relations, online, social media & HR communication as well as speechwriting and organizing events. I am skilled to manage small teams and agencies and to have full budget responsibility.
