Hi, I’m Nina, a confident Project Manager/Customer Success Partner who has always been regarded as a proactive, adaptable, direct, and conscientious professional with a “can do” attitude and willingness to work and lead by example. Throughout my career, I have been involved in client relations and operations management for a broad base of clients. I have experience working for a data conversion company which specializes in pharmaceutical and healthcare data, and for a large disability and leave third party administrator. My most recent experience is with an industry-leading survey management SaaS company with a product suite for Loss Control in the Property and Casual market segment. As a result, I have acquired a wide range of transferrable skills from maintaining client relationships with Fortune 500 and midsized companies to overseeing all aspects to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for the entire customer journey. I’ve found that my greatest strength and my passion is building relationships. I’ve been successful at developing a strong rapport with my clients. Even at times of conflict, I’ve been able to maintain open lines of communication to effectively resolve issues and deliver quality customer service.
