I have a knack for listening and being \"other forward\". I am not young, BUT I have taken on challenges that many in my generation have not imagined. Building a mid-size business from scratch and no playbook is daunting. I know the challenges of small business firsthand. I\'ve been living them for the last 15+ years. Prior to that, I worked with the largest of businesses and everything in between to help identify and design solutions for the distinct problems therein. I am comfortable in negotiating complex contracts and recommending business processes with decision-makers at all levels of organizations.I enjoy the process of motivating multi-discipline teams to achieve peak performance, maintaining optimal customer satisfaction, and penetrating markets to meet aggressive business objectives.I enjoy relationship building with colleagues, collaborators and clients.
