I am Nimarpreet Kaur, an Assistant Consultant with 9 years of experience in IT industry, During this period, I have worked in various domains including Telecom and Banking with top clients in market.While working in a leadership role,managing a team of 12 members working from different locations,in Tata communications project for 8 years, I have always managed to provide viable business solutions to the client.• Built, enhanced and managed applications for Telecom billing systems and Video conferencing portals using Java and HTML, while using Agile methodologies.• Strong exposure in writing complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures,materialized views, queries and triggers to handle complex customer data.• Automated manual daily tasks in team using Java.• Handled period billing activities for Tata Communications Ltd(Montreal) while working in 24/7 IT operations.• Debugging, scheduling and managing Cron jobs in Unix servers.After gaining both technical and domain knowledge in telecom and moving further in career, I then got an opportunity to work in banking domain with the top Canadian Bank,Royal Bank of Canada.• Handling middleware integration platform while managing 80 applications both internal and external to RBC.• Worked on automation in Ansible that reduced the manual efforts from 3 hours to 10 mins for multiple endpoints.• Created splunk dashboards and alerts to effectively monitor various applications.• Developed various shell scripts that streamlined the operational processes and improved the efficiency of current system.• Developed Dynatrace dashboards to manage and monitor the AIX application and web servers
