Heading the completion of QCDMS of scooters operations during Inbound and Outbound Operations.\\\\n- Ensuring:\\\\no Timely evaluation and creation of SOP for smooth operation flow and implementing at down the line; delivery of MIS reports to senior management, assisting them in making critical decisions\\\\no Safe and secure transportation of scooters of Last Mile operations ensuring 100% deliveries. Delivered 1300+ scooters on average in a month.\\\\no Strict adherence to KPI so as 100%of each activity KPI achieved per week every month\\\\n- GRN and consumption in SAP of all incoming materials and reconciled the same with purchase orders; Using tools and analysis methods such as FIFO, ABC, XYZ, FSN etc in accordance with their shelf-life constraints to avoid losses\\\\n- Proactively working together with sales manager and plant dispatch manager to meet timely business target and long term objective\\\\n- Timely Auditing of parts and processes, stock reconciliation to make bench-marking status of SDC Operations\\\\n- Finding root cause for defects, 5S implementation, FMEA, Kaizen implementation in order to improve processes. As a result, diminished damaged accidents by 70%\\\\n- 3PL Operations and Manpower handling, ensuring Last mile trucks availability on time, route Optimization, safety mapping.\\\\n- Raising STO/PO to plant for spare parts and accessories requirement based on consumption\\\\n- Timely ensuring vendor performance evaluation, maintaining transparency, performance sharing with facts and figures etc\\\\n- Spearheading the defected materials and presenting the documents to the supplier for making replacements (CRR, SPCR)\\\\n- Monitoring and tracking of warehouse goods intake and outflow, as well as guaranteeing optimal space utilization to store the greatest number of scooters, accessories, spare parts, etc.\\\\n- Strict adherence of Safety practices according to ISO standards while handling warehouse operations and material handling\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
