Role: Renewal Specialist – Order Management (Supply Chain)Client: NTT DATARoles & Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end renewal order management activities within the Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash process. • Prepare and validate renewal quotations by reviewing contracts, pricing structures, and customer requirements. • Verify customer master data, contract details, and financial information using SAP and internal client tools. • Perform financial comparisons between historical contract data and current renewal terms to assess pricing and revenue impact. • Calculate and validate renewal pricing, margins, and financial metrics in line with approval guidelines. • Ensure accuracy of SAP sales orders and renewal documentation prior to processing. • Manage on-hold renewal cases and conduct regular client follow-ups to obtain approvals and close renewals within SLA. • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve pricing or contract-related discrepancies.
