I have worked over the past ten years in various sales roles within the telecommunications and security industries within numerous contact centers. I started with WOW! ten years ago as an Inside Sales Representative and quickly earned multiple Rep of the Month awards for my team. I was then promoted to the Retention Team. There, I excelled in performance and helped implement new strategies for saving customers. I have since moved to North Carolina and taken that experience to Windstream, CPI Security, RXO and most recently Confianz Global.I feel that customer experience led operations are the most successful ventures and I excel in positions that seek improve the customer experience. When I initially started in the workforce, I started as a front of house worker in a restaurant and learned that hospitality with guests translated well to making connections with potential clients over the phone. With that perspective, I was able to reach a number of goals in sales.
