ABOUT NILASHA ANIL

Professional multitasker with 4 years of experience in brand management, content, and campaigns. I sit at the intersection of brand strategy, creative direction, and storytelling. That means I\'m not just thinking about what to post. I\'m thinking about how a brand looks, feels, sounds, and shows up across every single touchpoint. From the campaign idea to the caption to the in-store experience to the influencer rollout. All of it.My current work involves taking a product (sometimes literally just a scent) and turning it into a narrative, a visual world, a campaign, and a reason for someone to walk into a store. I conceptualise campaigns from scratch, write the storytelling frameworks, direct the creative, plan the content, and stay involved until it\'s actually out in the world and working.I\'ve spent most of my career in F&B and lifestyle, and I\'m now deep in the beauty and fragrance space. Which has taught me that the best brand work isn\'t really about the product. It\'s about the feeling you build around it.
