Main responsibility :Ensure overall development, performance and maintainance of the clinics operations to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, patient experience and revenueSmooth functioning of the clinic and delivery of exceptional patient care Establishing full compliance on all clinical processes to be followed by the individual team members to achieve high levels of treatment success for the patients Ensuring the team provides best patient experience throughout the patient journey to build long term relationshipsPlanning and implementing different practices to achieve the financial goals of the clinic and identify further revenue opportunities Enforcing standard operating procedures to optimize resources and their productivity Maintaining high- quality standards throughout the clinic that includes conducting regular inspectionsUnderstand and analyze the data and dashboards provided on revenue metrics, clinical and patient experience metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes Responsible for managing doctors and patient counsellors. This includes establishing effective communication channels, setting performance expectations, and conducting performance evaluationsFoster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development Collaborate with relevant clinical stakeholders to bridge the gap in clinical achievement by the doctors Work closely with patient counsellors to provide guidance on patient interactions, operational processes and overall patient satisfaction Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the clinic team
