ABOUT VARSHA HIREMATH

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) graduate with distinction and a strong clinical foundation in orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, cardiopulmonary and community based rehabilitation. During my internship at BVVS College of Physiotherapy & HSK Hospital, I gained hands-on experience delivering patient-centered care through biomechanical assessments, evidence-based interventions, structured exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques including IASTM, MFR, and mobilizations. Recognized for academic excellence, securing 1st rank across multiple years and praised by faculty for professionalism, empathy, and collaborative approach in clinical settings. I’m skilled in designing personalized home exercise program along with patient education, utilizing electrotherapy modalities and effectively communicating with patients to support long-term recovery. I have also practiced kinesiology taping, MET, Cupping and MacKenzie techniques. Driven by a passion for restoring function and enhancing quality of life, I’m committed to ongoing learning and contributing to innovative, interdisciplinary physiotherapy practices.
