I am serving as the External Engagement Lead (Stretch Assignment in Addition to Full-Time Role) for our Chief Procurement Officer, Paula Glickenhaus, supporting the development and execution of her personal and professional executive presence externally. In this role, I partner closely with the CPO to shape a thoughtful, compliant, and authentic social media and engagement strategy that amplifies Procurement’s voice, priorities, and impact both internally and externally.My responsibilities include advising on and drafting executive‑level personal and professional social media content, ensuring alignment with company policies, leadership objectives, and key procurement transformation narratives. I also support preparation for and follow‑up from external engagements such as speaking events, interviews, podcasts, and thought‑leadership features—helping translate executive perspectives into clear, impactful messaging tailored to diverse external audiences.Through this opportunity, I am gaining direct exposure to executive communications, external stakeholder engagement, and reputation stewardship for a senior leader, while strengthening Procurement’s external profile as a strategic, innovative business partner.
