I worked as part of a large international organisation, managing a multi- cultural management team, delivering service and revenues aswell as continuously driving up NPS to gain customer retention. Training and development of our staff and managers is key to strengthening our abilities and knowledge to deliver the best Destination Experiences for all of our customers.34 years with the group initially in customer facing roles, moving into management after 2 years, which saw extensive travel and flexiblitiy to move across the globe. I was in senior management roles for 16 years working as Area Manager Florida, Jamaica and Eastern Caribbean, relocating to Greece after a large restructure managing many large volume islands in the same role. Again after more restructuring in the group and responsibilities increasing each time, from just managing UK markets to all European markets within the group.
