ABOUT NIKITA SHARMA

I’m an operations and vendor management professional with 9+ years of experience across e-commerce and retail; known for creating structure, solving problems, and driving results. At SoYoung Inc.(Toronto), I worked across vendor operations, fulfillment, and demand planning to support a growing multi-channel business. I led initiatives to streamline supply chain processes, improve 3PL performance, and strengthen global vendor partnerships. Alongside operational execution, I also owned demand forecasting, analyzing sales trends to guide production and inventory planning. My focus was on building efficient systems that reduced cost, improved service levels, and supported customer experience. Before that, I spent close to six years at Myntra (India), where I focused on seller experience, inventory health, and process transformation. Whether launching a dispute resolution system, rolling out training for vendors, or improving inventory visibility, my goal was always the same—making processes more transparent, scalable, and vendor-friendly. My early years at Snapdeal gave me a strong foundation in seller operations and inventory planning; skills that still inform how I approach problem-solving today. I thrive in roles that blend people, process, and data, and value outcomes over optics.
