Chief Administrative & Legal Officer for a global, NYSE-listed data storage and management company, leading Legal, HR, ESG, Compliance, and corporate governance at scale.I build operating systems that allow companies to grow faster - without growing sloppy. My focus is aligning risk, talent, performance, and strategy so leaders have clarity, accountability, and the confidence to move with speed. Over the past several years, I’ve rebuilt and integrated the legal and people foundations at Everpure (formerly Pure Storage) while navigating a complex business model evolution. On the Legal side, I’ve modernized the operating model to unify governance, compliance, ESG, and legal operations - shifting the function from reactive protection to disciplined business enablement. On the HR side, that has meant transforming fragmented programs into a data-driven, enterprise-grade people platform - tightening workforce planning, manager effectiveness, performance development at all levels, talent acquisition, and shared services to elevate both velocity and rigor.I partner closely with the Board and CEO on enterprise strategy, executive performance and compensation, succession planning, and long-term value creation. I care deeply about culture but also about standards because I believe that high performance and fairness should never be opposing forces.Earlier in my career, I clerked for the District Chief Judge of the U.S. Department of Labor and practiced as an employment defense litigator. I still bring that courtroom discipline to the executive table. And outside the boardroom, I once walked across a plank suspended between two hot air balloons 7,500 feet above the English countryside. I believe in bold moves.
