As Marketing Coordinator it is my responsibility to coordinate the entire marketing function within a number of hospitality venues across UK and Scotland.My focus is understanding the needs of each venue, communicating these to the marketing team and planning and executing campaigns, whilst aligning with our brand\'s values. My role focuses heavily on reviewing management reports, KPIs, scheduling fortnightly meetings with GMs, events/wedding coordinators and third party providersWhilst overseeing and developing the Marketing Team, we collectively develop and coordinate creative cross- channel campaigns and events to ensure zero missed opportunities, thus achieving maximum occupancy and revenue. It is also my responsibility to maintain a special offers schedule, making sure all promotions are implemented and ended to set deadlines.
