Development practitioner, working towards an equitable, feminist future for all, with 7 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing multi-stakeholder interventions and campaigns to drive impact on a range of themes including youth leadership and development, gender and life skills education. At change.org India, I worked closely with citizens, partners and thought leaders to shape online petitions into powerful digital campaigns. Supported a diverse set of people in crafting and telling their stories to the world in order to drive critical change in systems of gender, education, healthcare among others. At Pravah, I worked with (fellow) young people to design and facilitate experiential learning programs that empower young people to grow into self aware, empathetic, informed leaders and drive systems change narratives.
