My expertise spans Power BI for intuitive data visualization, CMDB management for maintaining accurate IT asset data, and Azure Cloud VM administration to ensure secure and optimized cloud operations.With a keen eye for process improvement, I enable teams to automate manual tasks, derive actionable insights from data, and maintain a well-governed IT environment. I\'ve also worked on supporting MSSQL databases, Citrix environments, and writing efficient PowerShell scripts to streamline patching and system operations.One of my most exciting achievements was becoming a finalist in a national-level AI Ideathon, where I demonstrated the power of creativity paired with automation.I’m passionate about smart tech, clean dashboards, and automation that actually makes life easier.
