Efficient QA management for multiple projects. • Portfolio level management of QA resourcing, costs and technical QA delivery. • Technologies/processes - Azure Devops, Salesforce, Tibco, MS-SQL, Postman, TFS, Selenium, Scrum, Confluence, Jira, HP LoadRunner, MS-SQL, Pega case management. • Knowledge of complex telecom projects FTTP, SOGEA, FTTC, MPF, LLU, SMPF SIP trunking, WAN, EAD, SD-WAN, Ethernet portfolio, credit check workflows, Openreach-cvf, Openreach SABOR. CPE testing, Telecom Order Capture, BSS management, Case management, provisioning, fulfilment, Design principles, Assurance, API integrations. In-life, In-flight asset management.
