I’ve worked as a Regional Manager and Onsite Manager guiding teams across multiple sites, mentoring onsite staff, and rolling up my sleeves to find practical solutions. Along the way, I’ve built a reputation for boosting occupancy, improving resident satisfaction, and strengthening a property’s bottom line.I’m equally comfortable diving into a spreadsheet, crafting a marketing strategy, or encouraging a team member who needs support. My background includes hands-on experience with Microsoft tools, creative marketing tactics, and the kind of collaborative approach that brings out the best in every colleague.
