Downtime has become a constant challenge for modern IT and Security teams. With cyber incidents happening daily, organizations need more than protection — they need resilience built into their environment from the ground up.As a Sales Development Representative at Absolute Security, I support our go-to-market efforts by connecting with IT leaders, Security teams, and CISOs to understand where downtime, tool failures, or visibility gaps are slowing them down. My role is to surface these challenges early, create clarity around their impact, and introduce teams to what a resilience-focused approach could look like.Absolute provides that foundation. Our platform is embedded in device firmware, giving organizations a reliable, always-available connection to their endpoints, even when the device is off the network or experiencing failure. This enables practical outcomes: continuous visibility, faster remediation, healthier security tools, and the ability to recover or reimage devices without disruption.In a landscape where incidents are inevitable, Absolute helps organizations stay operational, maintain business continuity, and maximize the resources they already have.
