Spearheaded the SFx Salesforce consolidation initiative at Cox Automotive, unifying various CoxAutomotive business units—including Autotrader, KBB, Dealertrack, and Xtime—into a single platform supporting ~250K users. As a team we delivered a comprehensive technical architecture integrating Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and CACM/SVOC to optimize sales operations, case management, and account workflows (AMR, CIO, CAD). Implemented Communities secured via Bridge authentication, supported service delivery with Genesys-driven email-to-case routing, and enabled external portals for brands like VAuto and Homenet. We also developed and maintained a reengineered Referrals Package to support cross-team lead sharing aligned with SFx architecture. Embedded 20+ Power BI dashboards to boost sales performance visibility, and used Copado for seamless, multi-org deployments.
