At Capgemini, I have taken up the role of an Application Consultant while doing technical implementations as well as the role of a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation projects.As a Salesforce Consultant, I have experience in helping clients in configuring, implementing and administrating Salesforce Customer Experience initiatives successfully. I work closely with both the IT and Marketing teams to integrate their CRM system and Marketing Automation Platforms in a robust manner. My skill lies in understanding and gathering business requirements successfully to develop and maintain the flow between the systems.As a Business Analyst, I have partnered with the business to develop an understanding of business processes, assess end-user needs, and uncover areas for improvement. I have collaborated with IT and utilized my knowledge of application features to provide solutions that meet business requirements and resolve questions related to process changes. I have created business requirements documents and process workflow diagrams. I have helped in defining the audience needs and translating those into requirements, user stories and functional specs.
